What is Monorico’s return and exchange policy?

We want you to enjoy every item purchased under the Monorico brand.  However, if something isn’t 100% satisfactory, please do not hesitate to let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise.  We will get you out another color or size.  If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too.

 

*For all store bought merchandise, please kindly return them to authorized Monorico reseller, as it must abide by their store policy.

 

Monorico.com offers several convenient ways to return and exchange merchandise:

 

For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

For exchanges: Check the "exchange" box on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to receive in the space provided. Then, include the invoice along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below
via insured mail. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
